HIS warning were ignored and when he revealed the whole plot of the cartel that how government officials were bribed and how the cartel used COMPREJ for its use. the raid began throughout the country. it was revealed that the leader of this group, which agreed to take turns in projects and increased the price of the projects, was Odebrecht which increased the prize of COMPREJ from 6 billion dollar to 14 billion dollar and all this money was given by the government and Odebrecht used money laundering to pay the shares to the government officials for giving the projects exclusively to cartel of the firms. the politicians gained a huge amount of money, the state governor of Rio de JAnerio, Sergiio Cabral himself received $800,000 to give the contract of COMPERJ to a firm in cartel.
